Welcome to i-TEAM Helpdesk ticket system. We are in the process of building a fully functional support page to meet all your needs.
To open a support ticket, click on the "Open Ticket" link. Follow the instructions to open the ticket. Our support team will assist you with your problems.
To View the status of your ticket, click on the Ticket status link. Enter your ticket number. The progress of your ticket will be shown.
The Downloads section contains the most common software and drivers which we think you may require. Links to most products will also be available.
The documents section is still under construction. When completed you will find manuals and FAQ's to all the products that we support.
